Job description

Under the supervision of the Customer Service and Logistics Manager, the storekeeper operator will be responsible for the computerized entry of all aeronautical parts, whether certified or not, their identification, and their inventory classification.
The packaging of parts is also under the clerk's responsibility (80% of the parts weigh 5 lbs or less / max 40 lbs).
The employee may also be required to perform any other related tasks associated with inventory and company operations.


  • Identify parts and enter them into the inventory;
  • Update locations as needed;
  • Process transactions upon receipt of orders by the team;
  • Identify potential sources of stock loss and implement necessary corrective actions;
  • Assist colleagues with inventory-related tasks (control, storage, preservation, etc.);
  • Assume any other responsibilities compatible with their role, as assigned by their immediate supervisor.


  • Hold a high school diploma or other relevant combination of education and experience;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • English is an asset;
  • Training in hazardous materials is an asset;
  • Interest in a role focused on process optimization and the development of operational tools;
  • Forklift license is an asset (training available);
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
